I keep Disney Pin Forum open on Forum Runner on my iPhone. Two days ago, when I went to look at DPF, I was booted from the forum and ever since I have been unable to find it on the app. Usually I search under "Disney Pin" and it is the first forum to pop up. Is anyone else having this problem?

I am not a form runner user however , I will post your message to the mods/admins forum for consideration, IF anyone else is experiencing this issue please do not hesitate to let us know, Right now we are in the middle of a server exchange .We , i think, are moving uptown as far as the servers go,, and this problem is part of that, like we packed the beds but left the sheets at the old place still, or thier being used to cushion the Figment statues...
So if you experience this issue or any others please do not hesitate to send us a message, post on my wall, pm , no carrier pigeons plz, whatever... Please also be patient, we know that right now things are running alittle , technical term approaching, WONKY right now, your patience and understanding while we grow to make DPF even better is most humbly begged........

I've always had that problem with Forum Runner; for some reason their search engine is not the best. Just search for "Disney" and it will come up in the list.
 
I notified the Admins about this last week when I got my new S4 and couldn't find it...they were going to look into it. I was finally able to resolve the issue by transferring the Forum Runner app (and data) from my old Android Galaxy S2 to the new one.
 
Figured it out!

For some reason our forum plugin for Forumrunner got "unverified" at some point, which took us off of the public listing. I re-connected the account and verified the plugin installation, and everything should be good to go

if not now, whenever the indexes are updated, so it SHOULD show up again!
