They did that with the last batch of Hidden Mickeys as well. Sold out fairly quick if I remember correctly.
 
And the price is pretty cheap too. Maybe they are getting rid of their scrappers:) Or maybe....just maybe....the scrapper issue is so bad that no one will trade with CM's in the park anymore. But it is a great way to get park traders.
