They did that with the last batch of Hidden Mickeys as well. Sold out fairly quick if I remember correctly.
 
And the price is pretty cheap too. Maybe they are getting rid of their scrappers Or maybe....just maybe....the scrapper issue is so bad that no one will trade with CM's in the park anymore. But it is a great way to get park traders.
