I don't remember Ichabod as being one of the ones that has been faked/scrapped, but I don't have a comprehensive list. The colors on yours look darker than they should be, but that may just be lighting for your photos compared to the lighting on comparison photos online. I also have a little concern about the thickness of the lines, especially around his hair/hairbow. Here is a photo from PTDB to compare:
In the end, I am leaning towards real because again, I haven't heard of it being faked, but I can't guarantee it.
