Is it normal for a pin on pin to wiggle slightly?

I just got a pin on pin, and the part of the pin that is on top wiggles very slightly. Is this normal for pin on pins? I have no issues with it, was just wondering.

I have one sitting right next to me - but it doesn't wiggle.

Be careful though on those pin-on-pins that do wiggle as I have a had a couple that have fallen off the pin and can't be replaced.

I had an old olympic pin that wiggled...then it never stopped wiggling... then it fell apart

If you have a glue pin..you can sneak alittle under it and it will keep it in place
