I haven't been able to load Pinpics in days :( I looked on the Facebook page to see if there was any downtime but everything seems to operating as normal... but I can't load the page at all!

I have tried on mobile and on desktop, and on different browsers :( Not ideal with Secret Santa in progress! D:

Is anyone else having trouble? Can anyone suggest anything?

It's been loading fine for me all this time.

What happens when you go there? Do you just get a blank page? Or do you get an error message like 503 or 404?

It's also working fine for me except every time I go on there I have to log in every time which is very annoying other than that it's been working ok

Apparently the "Remember Me" checkbox only keeps you logged in for four hours, instead of for as long as you keep your browser window open, like most other sites do. I agree, it's a little annoying.

I just get a blank page. It tries to load for about 30 minutes and then gives up, just leaving the page blank. No errors at all! :(

Yep - that worked right away! But I can't log in. :(
I wonder why I can't access it normally, though?

You can try to see if your connection to pinpics.com is being interrupted somehow.

In Windows, goto the Start menu. In the "Search programs and files" box, type cmd and press enter.

A black console window should pop up. Type ping www.pinpics.com into the window and press enter.

You may get a response that the IP for www.pinpics.com could not be found. If you get this, type ipconfig /flushdns into the window and see if the problem is fixed in your browser.

Otherwise, you will either see a bunch of "Reply from..." lines, or "Request timed out" lines. If you get "Request timed out" it means your computer can't reach www.pinpics.com for some reason.

Next type tracert www.pinpics.com into the window and press enter.

Your computer will begin trace-ing the route from your computer to www.pinpics.com and listing all the steps in between. If it fails, note where it does, or, if you can, take a screenshot and post it here.

If the domain of the last reachable step relates somehow to your ISP, it may be that one of their servers is acting up and you should sent the contents of the tracert to their support.

Hope this helps!

Were you trying to use the same internet connection? Like wifi in your home? It could be your internet connection that's causing it. I know that you said you tried mobile and desktop but were you using the same connection when doing that?

There Is an issue with some users accessing in the UK who have Virgin media as their broadband provider.

I have been talking to both Virgin media and pinpics about this issue.

hope this helps

I have talk talk broadband and it's trying to load some times it loads other times it don't I was told it was my end which it isn't it's pinpics site that's causing all these problems and docfish2u had said its problems with there site

Lately, for some reason, after I login, I just see a blank page. But then if I refresh the screen, PinPics comes back up. You might want to try logging in, and then refreshing the screen.
