Says I have an unread message, and I go and check and don't see anything..
but, at the bottom I have the unread envelope with no message to click and the date is from 12-31-1969.

im going to go out on a limb here and say I didn't get a message from 1969..
 
When I register for Disney 1/2 marathons they always show up as a 1969 date in my email on my phone..
