Out of curiosity I tried several different searches, including propin, and sedesma. I could not locate it. So I think this might be a pin you can add!!! I love finding and adding pins. The image you provided doesn't give great detail, kind of blurry, but the style looks more Sedesma than it does propin. The main difference with those 2 styles was the gloss and metal. It was likely released around the same time as the movie. either original theatrical release or one of the early VHS releases. And it was also most likely a europe release.
