Is this still done the same way on PinPics?

I remember reading somewhere last year that if you look at either your pending trades for the day, or the list of people trading a specific pin, and the order of the users' name was actually in the order of when they joined PinPics, with the ones towards the top of the list being the oldest on site, and the ones towards the bottom being newer. Is this still done that way?
The reason I ask is I have noticed a lot of the higher end pins on my wants, like DA Stitchs, Scrooges, LE Jessicas, etc, seem to all have an influx of new traders and when you look at their traders, they have a lot of rarer pins for such new accounts. Now I am not anyone to say anything, having an account for only about 3 years myself, so I was wondering if these are secondary accounts for existing users, etc. When I try to do trades, I either get a No response, No Thank you, or a counter offer well out of the range of what I feel comfortable. Then when you check their feedback via their e-mail, you do not find any?
