Is your new account banned for spam?

We have become aware of a situation where new members are finding their brand new accounts banned for spam and can't actually participate. The message says to contact an administrator, which they can't do because they are banned. We're waiting on the site owner to take a look, but in the short term, if this has happened to you and you can read this message, please send an email to:
