if your color is not the first, you have to wait for your color turn.

Bracelet are free. You just have to ask for one. But once they are all given, you cannot pretend to buy a PTN pin's anymore

You should still give it a try. The good "news" is the rapunzel locket is released a day that is restricted for all annual passeports ,except the dreams one. It's a restriction week end except for the dreams one. It gives a bit more chances.

It harder to find them at the disney village, unless you are there for the opening. Some Hotel got the pin's too.

But if you want to be 100% sure to get the pin. You have to go at Pueblo trading post inside the park
