Yes, I'd say the regular one is more sought after as not as many were made, they Are so difficult to get hold of!!!! I'm still looking!!!!!
In person, I'd definitely choose the regular one over the chaser! I decided to not collect the chasers of this for now. I have all of the regular ones and really enjoy them!
As far as value goes... I've seen more of the regular one for sale than the chaser. So I would say the chaser probably comes close to the regular one due to rarity.
