Hi everyone.

I called the reservation center at 1 minute before 9 . And have been on hold for over 40 minutes. Unfortunetely all tickets are sold out. :cry:

I guess I'm not thw only one. But I'm really upset about it. It was so much effort to even be able to go.
Sorry for this drama but I just felt like sharing.

Anyone having positive stories ? When do we get the flyer of the pins?

if anyone has a spare event ticket. I'm conpletely available ;) haha.

Sorry to hear the phone lines wouldn't let you through. It's very frustrating. I hope you're able to get the pins you want somehow anyway.
 
I wanted to go as well and I also got through, but while the cast member was taking my details, the event had sold out :(

I think the flyer should be out soon, normally it's released within a few days after the event has sold out.
 
I was on hold for 40min and by the time I got through it was sold out. People who called later than me got tickets in 10min so their reservation system is really questionable. All I'm left with is a phone bill of 40min to a foreign area, so hooray for that. Woman on the phone said many people bought 50 or 20 tickets. When I asked why they allow that she hung up on me.
 
I got a ticket, because of friend succeed to reach the phone center. Many i know didn't get a ticket, it's so sad.

Seriously? 50 tickets? Wasn't there a limit? (I'm pretty sure there was one some years ago).
I have a friend who was able to talk with a CM at 9.04 and was told it sold out already.
Well, nice way to try and kill PT...
 
I think there's a limit, not sure, though. That's why I asked how they can let that happen. I guess she didn't want to talk about it because she hung up.

And yeah, at this rate, it's not fun anymore. Their reservation system is really flawed, they allow people to order 20-50 tickets (how, I have no idea), they're rude, etc... I also heard that their payment service didn't work either so people had to order tickets and pay later. It was a mess, like always. They should consider an online reservation service, I feel like that would work at least a bit better.
 
yes it seems they got payment issues , some had to pay later, sometimes their computer froze ( lol ) and they had to tell people to call later... A huge mess. Some say the maximum is 12 tickets per person. but it seems some cm do whatever they want
 
I'm guessing some people are friends with a CM or something like that, I can see that happening tbh. It happens at releases in the park as well.

Oh well, congrats to anyone that got tickets, hope the pins are nice!
 
I got a ticket but it was a hard journey lol, 30 minutes to wait! i'm sorry for the people who don't :sad:
 
Does anyone else think a raffle would have been fairer ? I've often thought it would improve things if they did this for big events , have a short reservation period if they'd want but then there wouldn't be a mad rush and more people might give it a go .
 
With all this chaos I secretly hope for ugly pins so those who ruined it for good traders don't get anything awesome...

But then the good traders that managed tickets who get to go secretly get a nice pin.

i´m realy realy sad for all my friends who didn´t get a ticket (and that are o lot). I get 2 tickets...i was so surpriced that i directly had someone on the line at 9am i use the German number maybe that was my luck?

I just used the number mentioned on the flyer. But I didn't have any luck with that.
