Light Up Pin - Batteries?

Hi! I recently got this beautiful Walt Lamp pin, but it won’t turn on I unscrewed the back, but I can’t figure out if it needs batteries or how to get it to work. Can someone help?

It appears that there are two batteries, one under each of the black circles. If you can get them out, you should be able to replace them.

Maybe take it to a trusted jeweler for an opinion? And if the jeweler doesn't charge too much to change a battery (or two), maybe just pay to have them replaced by a professional?

Thank you both! I was able to get in contact with someone selling it on eBay and they told me the kind of batteries I needed to get. I ordered them today. Hopefully it works!!
