Limited Edition 17" Collector Dolls Information

it's an important detail for me , to consider to purchase her. If she has legs, i'm not interested, it's a huge better singing doll and i think it's a bit pricey for not so much tissues... and the fact she won't be a real mermaid either. But if she has no legs, then it's a real mermaid and very interesting because it's rare. So i really wonder, i fear it has legs...

I think she has legs. Also, my order has shipped with tracking, status says closed, delivery is scheduled for October 3rd. Those lucky east coasters should get theirs before me. I live on the Oregon/California border so the doll has to travel the country. I am so excited!

5 more days and we can add Ursula and Eric to our collections!!!

Usually when I get stuff from the Disney Store it take a full week for ups to get it here....not to sure why though. I really don't like ups, I wish they would use usps...they are so much faster about deliveries. Plus they do not throw boxes over 12 foot fences! ><

I'm only basing my opinion on what I SAW in person; I didn't actually open her and touch her. Her knees look bent to accommodate that pose. Also, she's the same body-type as all the other 17" dolls. It would be really weird if she didn't have legs, she'd be almost incomplete.

she 'd not be incomplete for me, i expected the ariel mermaid, was a real mermaid one, a bit more rare and exceptionnal

The first week of October is better than Christmas! I am really hopeful that it won't be a five minute sell out for either Eric or Ursula. I want people to get their dolls! I feel confident that I can get one order through in a short time frame, but I want both and I want it to not be that difficult. Best of luck to everyone!

Mine shows its shipped and a tracking number is there. But the tracking number has just been created and not received at UPS yet. Last time this happened it was a bout a week to get to me. So I suspect I should have her by Mon or Tues.

ahasearcy: Yes that should help! It looks like they changed from one per order to one per guest...so hopefully you can only buy one of each doll. Because I know it use to be you could go in and order the doll once, then go back in and order it again.....

My God...can we all just take a moment and realize how ungodly fast all of this has gone? I mean, it feels like 2 weekends ago we were all speculating if we'd get a Vanessa or Ursula and why it would/wouldn't happen, and then like last weekend we saw millions of D23 pictures of Correct Ursula, and now...it's less than a week until Ursula (and those other dolls) are finally released. Like...seriously...it felt like FOREVER for it to even get to this part in the timeline, will feel like FFFFFOOOOOVVVVVEEEEERRRRR until it actually is the 1st, but yet it all went by SO FAST!
I kind of hate how I am so excited for well put together plastic, fabric, and paint...but still. I LOVE THESE DOLLS and cannot wait to add Ursula to my collection!

*Seriously, why do drugs? The rush you get from all the anticipation and excitement from this limited edition doll collecting is so much more than enough!

Uuuggh! I hate UPS. Hate them hate them!!! Their delivery notifications are always wrong and if they don't deliver on the promised date then they pass it on the USPS and it takes longer to get here!!! FedEx is way better but I prefer USPS as well

I'm hoping to order the Ursula and Eric online, because I don't think I'll have a chance in the store, but I'm not looking forward to it being delivered by UPS

I just don't like UPS delivering to my address at the moment because I'm in a housing complex and they just leave it at the door!! I got my shipping notice for some Frozen merch while I was out and I panicked and rushed home to get the box before it was take by someone. I hope I'm home the day Ariel is delivered becayse there's no way to get another is someone takes my package! It frustrates me that all of my other mail gets sent to the front desk and i pick it up from their mail room but UPS is different

Mine says closed, but has "shipped" and a tracking number also. I just think the "closed" in this case lets them know that they've processed the order. My packages via UPS arrive right about when they are estimated to arrive, not earlier.

I checked and mine is still active which means it hasn't been shipped yet

i am am getting it delivered straight me here in Australia so I wonder if that has anything to do with the delay in them getting it to me. I think they are shipping out the local orders first before making their way to the international ones which probably means I will be getting a higher edition number.

You never know about the edition numbers. I bought two Mother Gothel Dolls on clearance in July of this year and got number 206 and another one in the 400s. It may mean that you get a lower number. I ordered Rapunzel just after 12 midnight and she is in the 4000s. Maybe they start at the top of the number order?

You could put a note on your door that says "Do not leave any packages at the door, please leave them with the front desk". That's what I do. Especially when it rains and snows, I do that so they leave them at the front office. They also leave a small sticky note on your door saying that they left it at the office.

Once you get a tracking number...just call ups and have them hold it at a local ups facility

Yeah that is true, they probably just pack it all at random as I doubt they do it in any particular order i.e they just put a doll in a box and then ship it.

It is very exciting though, especially after waiting all of these months for her haha. The countdown is making me so nervous as it is a constant reminder that the possible dollmageddon is approaching! haha. Hopefully the site will be manageable on the night and wont crash constantly.

- I know we are days away till we get out LE Ariel! & moments to get the LE Ursula & LE Prince Eric but I wanted to point out something that made me love the LE Ariel doll even more. This might get a little off topic but just wanted to say it & wasn't too sure if anybody mentioned about it.

I stumbled upon watching one of my favorite Tokyo DisneySea (even though I haven't been there yet) videos of one of their parades. It was called Style! it was part of their 3rd anniversary back in 2004. & I noticed in the Little Mermaid unit, especially Ariel that her outfit particularly looks almost like the design of our LE Ariel that's going to be out on the 1st. Here's a couple of screen shots that I took on my phone while watching the video.

Then here's the LE Ariel doll for comparison:

I mean the color of her fins is waaay different then on the LE doll but the design from the scales on her fin, to her shell bra, & even her hair resembles a little bit on the doll. Though on the doll her hair it's a very vibrant red lol. I don't know if it really makes a difference to anybody but it makes me really excited to own her & seeing she was part of a parade that I love
