Im new to this so Im not sure how preorders work ^^; Will we have a chance to go in store and order first, or do we have to take our chances online? Im nervous after last time...
Also, Do they hold the full funds in your account for months, or only charge you once the order is going to ship?

£150 is nothing compare to the mess I'm in.. It's all my own stupid fault though. Of its not too late. Never get a credit card. Seriously. I'll be at least 30 when it's all paid off. :|

These are new Frozen LE dolls based on different outfits that the girls wore in the movie, more than likely Anna in her snow gear outfit and Elsa in her coronation outfit. They have not been released yet nor will they be released to own for a while as they will be available for preorder and set to be released the same day that the bluray is expected to be released.

That is correct, the UK does not do preorders therefore it will most likely not be released until Mar 18 when the bluray is also released.

In summary though you will be able to order the dolls both in store and online, just like a normal release but the only difference is that you are buying the right to own the dolls so that when they do release it they will just deliver it to you (or in the case where you preordered in store you can just pick it up on that day. Also to answer your question about the payment to put simply yes they will charge you on the day that you order the items in store. If online there is a hold process which I recommend you read about on the informative thread.
 

With the other releases, pre orders have been both in stores and online. If you pre order in stores you have to pay in full upfront, but if you preorder online they don't actual charge you until it ships (although you may see a pending charge appear a few times between when you place the order and when the item ships).

Ariel and Elsa are gorgeous, I find my self looking at my dolls and admiring them. Elsa and Ariel are 2 of my favorites.
 
GAH! All this January 10 stuff has me both super excited and also like "Craaaaaaap. Didn't we just go through this ordeal?"
But, eh. I want me my Coronation Queen Elsa doll to go right next to my Snow Queen Elsa doll. I love and adore Elsa, so I'm not proud, I'll be ready and waiting online...and will call in sick from work if that fails.
 
I think Blonde LE Rapunzel is gorgeous and I have been dying to get her, hopefully she will come down after the holidays.

Elsa is GORGEOUS! I stare at her all the time, I have been in love with her character since I first saw her and watching and owning Frozen merch has only made it worse. I too need coronation Elsa in my life ♥
 
Ohh come on! My family is doing Christmas late this year! I still haven't gotten all of the presents I need to yet either! I don't think I'll be able to afford another $220 on dolls so soon!

I always buy at the store and always walk away happy. And from all the trouble people had with Anna and Elsa this time it sounds like going to the store is your safest bet as long as you get there early. I usually get there at 8 and am the only one until about 9, but apparently people don't get too excited about the dolls in Temecula, CA (Not that I'm complaining mind you, I have been he first in line almost every single time I went early, and even got to do the opening ceremony last time)
 
yeah I remember with Ariel that the charge didnt show till she was read to ship. I was nervous that I didnt have the charge through.

Thats awesome. Great gifts. I LOVE the Blonde Rapunzel LE. I hope she comes down in prices soon.
 
Maybe I missed something, where was it announced that there will be more Frozen LE's on the 10th? I see everyone is saying it's confirmed, but I haven't seen any links???? Please post if you have any
 

They get overly excited at the Riverside, CA store I just wonder if I should take an extended brunch from work. And do they do raffles? Or is it first come, first serve?

I would like a link too if there is one my definition of 'confirmed' would mean an official Disney source stating the fact in writing or images? But I'm happy to go along with rumor for now, a lot of these are usually right!

No mean to be cryptic but there is other information available out that other than links and images that can confirm the existence of the dolls. The release date may not be exact but the existence of these dolls have been confirmed and it has been confirmed that Jan 10 is a date to look out for. As to whether or not it is a release date or just a date when information will be released is another question. Either way it doesn't hurt to keep a close ear to the ground around that date and keep an eye out. Even though there is little to confirm much of the current speculation I learned from the past that there are credible sources out there and even if there is little evidence (like when we were informed of the Harrods set) it doesn't hurt to just be prepared.
