Polaris I agree with you completely, I am very excited about any kind of speculation too even if as you say, there is little to confirm the current speculation. Just worried I missed some news (not been online so much recently!) Very excited to see what Snow gear Anna may look like and if there might be a Kristoph
 

It is a tough one because I know exactly what you mean! I am the same too if there are no links or no images I would be skeptical too. Don't worry you didn't miss much though! In fact you probably came at the right time! Haha just when the speculation is just starting to have some validation behind it. Looking very much forward for these dolls!

I am sooo gonna be broke though...haha
 
Hopefully January 10 will be an announcement for more dolls, then the pre-order could be in February with an actual release in March? Either way, I know we will get some heads up before so we will know what night to lose sleep :wiggle::wiggle::wiggle::wiggle:

I can't wait to see coronation Elsa! I am kinda mad that they are coming out so soon after the last two though. I feel like I have to get them, if that makes sense. Frozen is definitely one of my favorite newer Disney films though, if not my favorite, so I'll be sad if I let them slip by. I have decided I'm only going to collecting the princesses from this line though and not the villains or princes since I'm not impressed with them like the girls. I guess it's nice for the people who missed out last time. Hopefully the edition size will be much bigger.
 
I doubt I'll be able to afford both, but I'd quite like coronation Elsa and if they release a surprise kristoff. (Don't shoot me down blah blah lol)
 

If they were to announce it in Jan 10 then you would expect it to be released at the very most around 14 days after the announcement. Disney generally tries not to release the information too early as was made evident by the announcement of Ariel, Ursula, Eric and the original Frozen dolls all which were made within 2 weeks (if not less, of the release date). But who knows with Disney anything is possible as they do like to change things up every now and then :S

Surprise Kristoff would be cool, and it seems like everyone wants one, but what if they did a surprise Elsa?! She could be wearing her funeral outfit of maybe something completely new. I know it won't happen, but I'd love it, Elsa-Elsa-Elsa!

Whilst i do love Elsa I would hate it if they did 3 Elsa dolls and no Kristoff doll. That would just be silly in my opinion, as it would seem like an overkill of Elsa LE dolls. LOL.

i am glad that Disney is doing the girls in their alternative outfits as I can imagine they would just look amazing. Getting very excited for the 10th now! Lol

I agree totally. Its way too soon, but I need them (especially if they do a surprise Kristoff.) but Ill be broke. I really shouldnt spend the money.
 
Im kinda curious as to how they would glam up Anna's snow outfit, without her looking like her classic doll that is.... its not exactly a rhinestone studded type of outfit like her coronation gown or like Elsa's ice queen dress. I'm also wondering how Elsa's crown will look. I hope we get pics soon, its much more exciting waiting for a preorder when you know what you are getting.

Haha! Oh, leave it to Disney, they can glitz and glam up anything. I'll bet that they will have at least one rhinestone on each pompom.
 

I think it will be done quite easily. The rheinstones will be amongst the embroidery on her skirt and bodice. Hopefully they will use really nice fabrics for everything else and not glam it up too much, but I think the sparkle in the embroidery will be more than enough to make it glitzy but not too fancy. They did a good job with Merida's blue dress without ruining her look. I hope they can do the same for Anna.

It's first come first served, but the only time they have ever sold out before opening was with Belle. They don't get too excited at Fashion Valley down in San Diego either, there were only like 4 people for Ariel. =) Let me know of you do come down, it would be cool to meet someone from here!

GAH! It seems like last week we were speculating if it would be "coronation" or "snow" Elsa and/or Anna doll(s)...then it was like yesterday that we were having to fight the fear of loss through Disney/UPS shipment. Now...in just under two weeks, we potentially get to see the next dolls!
So so excited!

the dolls I am so crazy looking forward to this year are:
Coronation Elsa
CARTOON Maleficent
(AND FOR CRYIN OUT LOUD, COME ON ALREADY DISNEY)
Evil Queen

 
Am I the only one who would like ANY doll of Anna in the dress she wore at the end? However if you look closely its like the snow dress in muted color. I just like seeing the princesses or any Disney gal (protagonistic as antagonistic characters already have these) wear dark colors. If it works on Aurora and Snow White in her (cute) rags dress, I just hope for it soon LOL. I also like the button detail on the bodice.
 
I'm starting to think I'm one of the only doll collectors that didn't love the Elsa and Anna dolls, even after seeing the movie. I keep wishing Disney would focus more on the older characters, rather than giving us more Frozen dolls.
 

Nope! I'm here with ya. I'd also love the "Do You Wanna Build A Snowman?" dress, with the black bodice.

I also want an Elsa doll in that blue dress when she ask her parents if they have to go.
 
I'm really looking forward to Elsa and Anna, but not as much as Aurora, so...

What do you guys think if Aurora's dress was something like this? It will probably be all pink, but there could be a (small) chance that it wouldn't.


I'd probably die if the doll's dress would be something like this. I don't know about other people, but I find it beautiful.​
