Limited Edition 17" Collector Dolls Information
I would be very grateful if anybody could grab me one of those little receipt folders they give out when you preorder. I really think that they should send them out with the online orders.

Quick question about in-store pre-ordering. Is there a list of the stores that do that? I just don't want to waste the trip. The nearest DS isn't all that close to me to begin with.

I think you can also ask Disney online, whether your Store will have a preorder. In general, the Stores around the most populated areas get preorders.

I wish I had the option for an in store pre order but unfortunately, I'm moving out of state before October 7th:/ I hate being limited to only the online option

Hrm, I asked my store what time they will be giving out numbers for the pre-order, she had no idea what I was talking about.

The pre-order is happening tomorrow, but apparently they have no idea about this number thing

Always ask to talk to a manager. Lol

Don't want to alarm anyone or anything and please take this with a grain of salt.
I know that we shouldn't believe rumors but this was said by a Disney Store PR on Facebook. They said that the doll will be online at an unspecified time. New merchandise is updated throughout the day.

I still think it's gonna be midnight, but well see.

Or else it's going to be a serious nightmare...

That's what I'm thinking...
Today it's eid in our country (basically 1 of 2 celebrations that we have) and I'm not in the mood to constantly check if the site was updated...
It's like spending Christmas or thanksgiving being paranoid.

I really hope it's just an uninformed cast member who gave that message, since it's too cruel to have people sit and update the page through the whole day. Also since when this doll will show up, it's bound to be sold out within less than 30-60 minutes - meaning the people leaving their computer won't have good chances.

I'm also leaning towards that it's probably be around 12 am as usual, but it's still nerve-wrecking. I'm glad that if I'm not able to buy the doll on the 29th, I still have a chance to buy one from the Danish disneystore in October (one of the only European pages that didn't crash back in March with the Anna and Elsa release). The only downside is that it's 165 USD in the Danish store and then I have to bring it with me to Japan when I move.

Yeah no kidding The ONLY way I can get one is through the online pre-orders, so I'm really hoping this is false.

At my store in line and there are already 13 here not counting myself. I thought the higher price tag would have decreased interest. Probably will have to try online tomorrow. I hope the rep is wrong on the time thing. Not that I want to wake up at 3am but that would be pretty chaotic having people constantly refreshing the site.

I arrived at my local store at 9:00 (mall opens at 10:00) and I am number 12 in line. The cast member handing out numbers said they have 18 dolls total.

Apparently Europe will get 500 if you can believe the German Disney page on Facebook. I have to say, I really love Disney and what they make, but their distribution and management doesn't make a lot of sense. You'd think they'd make it into 1000 after all the complaints in March.

Just confirmed for Europe on german DSstore Facebook: All of Europe gets 500 dolls.
Guys...anyone who really wants Aurora should preorder from the US store. There's no way this won't end in a drama like in March.
They just don't learn or the European fans don't mean anything to them.

500? Great Disney, you clearly really value your European customers.

I'd order from the US but just can't afford the ridiculous shopping fees.

Waited in line at my store and got the doll (well, preorder anyway)! I am just so glad it's over now. I have been stressing all weekend.

She sold out rather quickly here, much faster than the March Frozen dolls.

Not to mention custom fees as well... I would never buy from the US store if I were to get it send to Denmark.
