Open a complaint on Pinpics and they will send an email address for Rachel. I haven't traded with her, but I had good luck with the Pinpics forum. You have to give the system a chance to work for you. Get in touch with pinpics as soon as possible.
 
It is very frustrating to have a trade go bad. I just had my first one and finally left a negative feedback on here. Can't do anything on pinpics as her user ID's are gone already. She does however have a new ID and is sending me trade requests with it. Like really? You stole two pins from me and then you are going to offer me the same pins you supposedly sent to me twice already??? Good luck with your situation....
 
Yeah. Thanks, I am just VERY UPSET because I trade 7 pins of mine for her 2 pins!!! Also shes from out of the country......I am GETTING SOOOO ANNOYED!!! The pins she sent me are supposed to be for my fiance's Christmas presents.....this is really ticking me off.......!!!!!!!!!!!! :rant::rant::rant::rant::rant:
 
I'm so sorry, I read all this after a long long time, feel so bad about this
I heard I had a brain tumor and didn't get on DPF from that time on because I had to visit hospital.
I'm so so sorry, glad everything went well after all.
