Looking for advice on value of Rapunzel Tangled pin 81588 (pin pics)

I can't find any that have sold recently and am relatively new to pin collecting. I have this pin but am more of a Stitch collector so may sell or trade it once I have an idea of current value.

Any help gratefully received.

Is it this pin:

Pin# 81588 - DisneyStore.com - Tangled Rapunzel Pin

If so, I think it's worth $250-ish? If you can get it. Tangled pins seem to have dropped a lot.

Yes that is the pin, thank you.

Thank you for the advice on price too.

No problem. Good luck, though. As I said, Tangled prices seem to have dropped. I've only been on the forum two years (wow!) and all pins seem to have dropped a lot.

^ It's not so much that prices have dropped as they were artificially inflated in the first place.

Back in the day, the most valuable, rarest (and far better quality) pins never commanded more than about $300 tops. And $100 was a lot more common. The crazy prices of $500, $800 or more only came in with the speculators or big spenders on Tangled and Frozen - and then a rising tide lifted all boats. Prices are just finally starting to settle down again. Or most of those temporary big spenders seem to have what they need or have already left the hobby as quickly as they entered it.

Hi it is the Limited edition of 250 that I have. It appears to be very very HTF but I understand that doesn't necessarily mean it's very valuable. Just trying to work out how wanted it is.
