Lotso Villaintine pin?

I've been seeing quite a few Lotso Villaintine pins being sold in various places, supposedly with an edition size of 340. To my knowledge it was never officially released? Are these scrappers? Fantasy Pins? Official Pins released in some other capacity? I know I can't link to other places but should be easy enough to find for reference.

Scrappers. Hasn't been released. Could be a future release (all known ones are missing the serial number in the box on the back).

Agreed , I have complete sets and there's no Lotso available yet . But his artwork was released last year so maybe they have a Pixar Set planned for next February .
Also checked eBay , first person I found selling it had a complete list of scrapper pins so I'd avoid like the plague for now .

Is this in reference to the 2016 Villaintine series, or prior??

I figured out how to report the seller , item via eBay so I've done that now .
I usually use the app which doesn't appear to have that option
