I purchased this pin directly from the Disney store, and I'm pretty sure I still have the backer card. I'll have to look- unfortunately, I'm out of town today and won't be able to check before the auction ends.
 
I can include it's matching pin as well. It is not on your wants but it makes a cute set. Also on original card.
