I had Uber sweet pin mail today! I received the trades I made during the online Pin & Pop Event from July 9th.
Top two rows are keepers (for now) or pins I traded to get for other people.
The rest are traders! One of the Kevin Booster pins will be used as a Zap!

The Jumbo marvel pin was a prize I won.

The event was amazing and everything was extremely well packed.

Thanks @Chris Nickols

I won the Marvel PoP pin for participating in the FB trivia thread. It was so good. I was a little overwhelmed at the end when I had to accept or decline trades, but I figured it out pretty quick! Lol

July was a fun month. I visited my favorite vacation spot, Walt Disney World, and got a ton of pins from there!

First up, the Thor Love and Thunder and patriotic sunglasses DSSH release. Next Star Wars - of course had to get Grogu pins, and the 45th anniversary pins I was missing. The super jumbo is so heavy; my pic is horrible and doesn’t do it justice. I’ve been wanting the SWGE Aurebesh locations booster set.

The 50th anniversary meant more pins. The Hollywood Studios set means 1 more set to be released. Another Cinderella castle but bronze-like exterior.

The main reason to be at WDW was for the Epcot Food & Wine Festival. Stuffed myself with escargot, sticky wings, filet mignon, braised short ribs…I’m missing like 7 more. And so much beer and 2 of my beloved orange slush in France…gluttonous day. Only did 2 attractions and had magical moments at both. GOTG Cosmic Rewind is amazing. Rode it a 2nd time when we only had 1 extra reservation (because a friend had motion sickness and skipped our 1st time) so when I walked my other friend to the CM, he let me in too. The 2nd attraction was Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure. One friend wore a Ratatouille-themed dress with matching ears and lanyard of pins. When a CM saw her, she chatted with us and then told us to go through the LL entrance (which was practically empty). Back to pins….had to get the festival ones.

A bunch of multiple themes: villains, Haunted Mansion, heroes, Mickey, Pandora, stayed at Pop Century and got that resort’s pin. At Epcot, it was nice to get a DLP 30th pin at a store in France.

Lastly my acquisitions from pin trading boards at the parks. People left some nice ones.

Two things today. First, got a trade package from @Mcgilligan. We agreed to trade for mystery new years pins. He needed one to complete the set, I needed two. Such a nice guy; he sent not only the pin we agreed on (Pluto), but zapped me the other one I needed! Thank you!!!

Second, I received my order for the Zootopia Zootropolis Police pins. Managed to get a full set and some traders. I have an officer who reminds me of Judy Hopps that I'll give one of the Judy extras to. She loves the movie!

Not so much mail, but a sweet Craigslist find! 30 pins and three lanyards for 30.00. Two pins are scrappers (can you guess which ones?) One pin is Lego franchise.
That leaves me with 27 authentic pins and the three lanyards. Still 30 pieces, comes out to 1.00 a piece.

I'm loving the pin trading rules card on the booster lanyard!

Oooo... this is my kind of game!

Guess: Mickey icon lanyard in black, Tigger cameo (black and white frame), and Boo Vinylmation.

Congrats on the find!

@TheMickeyMouseRules
I think the Boo pin is legit. She is very dirty though. I suspect this was a smoker, the pins are filthy and I've clean some brown film off some of them already. I am hoping the Free D and vinyl parts do okay.
I also just realized that the Zebra pin is a Rainforest Cafe franchise... which now puts me at $1.03 per item. Hey, still a great deal!

And yes, Tigger and black Hidden Mickey lanyard are the scrappers!

You always find the best deals!

Hmmm, the 3rd scrapper... which one? which one?

I was not as confident with my Boo guess (pretty confident about the other two), so not surprised. Will have to study it.

Oh, only two are scrappers. You got it! Two are non-disney. The Lego dinosaur and the Rainforest Cafe Zebra, which leaves me with 29 authentic Disney pieces, 3 lanyards and 26 pins. I think I got my math confused earlier.

That's a great guess, because it is an LE, which are usually not found while trading. Not that it can't happen...
I do believe that Chip and Dale is authentic. However, the scrapper pin I found tonight is an LE 1500.

I bought these pins from a couple who's daughter has outgrown pins collecting -she's 25- I got the impression from them that they purchased almost all of the pins when visiting DL when the daughter was a kid. The mom actually seemed a little sad about selling them, and thinks they're worth far more than they are. I don't think they were trading for pins as a rule, looks like mostly purchases on these lanyards.

The scrappers are typical rookie mistakes. Luckily, it seems that the trading either didn't interest them, or maybe was discovered at the tail end of a trip and they didn't get too deep in to it.

So now my count does stand at three scrappers and two non disney pins.
