Mailing label (postage) problem for pin trades

Today I went into Pay Pal to "create orders", & the "drop down" windows for pkg type, weight, etc. had just BLANK BOXES, so I couldn't "give" the pkg type or weight. Is anyone else having trouble or is this a problem w MY computer? I had NO problem creating & printing mailing labels on Sat & Sun- last time I tried. Thoughts anyone??

try switching to chrome from internet explorer. It also could just be paypal... sometimes it hiccups.

Refresh the page or try using it in a different browser. I use firefox and its working fine.

I ONLY use Chrome. both explorer and firefox SUCK imo, I have used paypal all the time, Maybe your settings are wrong!!

Really? Mine refuses to work on Chrome! I re-set all the settings and everything to whatever factory default it's supposed to be.

Yup. Updated everything too. Oh well. IE it is (for me that is)

they could be disabled in chrome settings even though they are installed

i had to clear out my "cache" and cookies (HATE to clear out my cookies, b/c I have to log back into EVERYTHING). Anyway, I printed the 3 labels I needed.
