25 people in line & growing. Pins will be given to the first 100 customers. I am at Sherman Oaks Fashion Square store opens at 11 am hurry on down.
 
We were there too. They did a great job. Handed out vouchers right before door opening, cast members directing the lines. Second line to get pin from manager or you could pick it up later. Plus if you made a purchase you received trading cards. A lot of fun.
 
I got three- my mom and dad game me theirs. The store was open at 11, but all the vouchers were already given out by then- the event happened in quite a rush! :) It was quite fun, and for my first time, I got to see a opening ceremony~~

Also.... If anyone is interested in trading for one, PM me- I don't really collect Star Wars......

My husband & I each got a pin & an inflatable light saber. We arrived about 9:30 am--store opened at 10am. We were 17 & 18 in line. The store still had pins available when we left at 10:50am. The pin is pretty nice!

Our store hit about 100 right as they opened, so it worked out well. Although the cast member told me there was one really excited little Jedi there as early as 8am. I also have a pin for trade for anyone interested. I was hoping this would bring out some pin traders in my area, but it was mostly Star Wars fans judging by the assorted t-shirts, shoes, and Star Wars earhats I saw.
 
There was a small turnout at our store, less than 50. I was #32 and I arrived around 11:50. We each got a pin since they had extra so I have a couple for trade if anyone needs one. They also gave us trading cards and my kids got little inflatable light sabers for their Jedi training and a paper "medal of bravery." It was cute and they had fun. :)
 
We arrived at about 9:30 for a 10:00 opening, and we were around 20th in line. I left my boys standing in line, reading, and made a couple of laps around the outlet mall. The CM passed out numbers about 9:50, and by opening, I'd guess there were still fewer than 50 people.

It's a nice pin, but I think I'll trade it if anyone is interested. By the way, how many posts does one need to start a new thread in the trade forum?
 
We got there about 25 minutes before opening and got numbers 80 and 81. I would say it hit 100 at opening. It was very organized. I even bought some Merch in the store & only waited 5 minutes. It was a very pleasant surprise. I have one for trade if anyone is looking.
 
This was me this morning waiting in line for my pin and trading cards. #12 in line. Yay Star Wars!

Our store isn't that busy for this type of thing. We went at 10:00 and when we got our vouchers we were 9 and 10. We could have shown up at opening and would have been fine. Things seemed really smooth, except when we went inside, there was one person at the registers. The first person in line, had a bag of returns... They didn't have a separate person just handing out the pins. She called for another CM who went to the other register. We were next, so we got our pins and left, but other people would have had to wait if anyone ahead of them was doing shopping, and had to be rung up. So it could have turned into a long wait. It's a nice pin.
 
The store near me gave out all 100 vouchers by the time I got there at opening. I would like to trade, but prefer to buy, with anyone who has an extra. My pinpics is MAL, please pm me if you got one to spare.
 
Our local store in Fairfield, CA had about 60-75 people in line when the doors opened. All 100 pins were gone immediately. My wife, son and I were number 9 - 11. My wife traded me her May the 4th pin for a pin of mine she has wanted.
 
Our DS is too far away, so didn't make it. If anyone has an extra to trade. Drop me a note. Thx
