Medals are cheaper than Pins!!!

Why is this true? the Giant beautiful Lanyard Medals cost less than the tiny little pins!!! This really makes me feel taken advantage of when im in the parks pin shopping! anyone else feel this way? I don't think it's fair! I also object to the fact that all pins just went up a dollar. Intro Pin price is now $7.95. WTF!?!?! one angry pin collector! This is all the more incentive to buy "traders" from Ebay and then come into the parks and ravage the cast members for their quality pins. Yeh I do it!!Cuz I'm NOT a fool and WON'T be taken advantage of! :rant:

I didn't even know the price was cheaper..

I am curious why the big lanyard medals are so cheap.. but I guess very few of them are collectible in the way that pins are.

collectible? ehhh who determines what's collectible? the market and the people who collect them. so for aesthetics and personal collections why not splash in a bunch of medals. I see 100 pins for every medal in the park anyway, so i think the medals might actually be more rare. I dunno, it just doesnt make sense to me.
