Mickey's Circus Free Gift Question

For events like these do they hand out the Free Gift when you go in to register? For example if I picked early registration on Thursday Sept. 6th would I get the Free Gift then? Or do they hand out the Free Gifts when the event actually starts and you go into the event?

Usually you get a ticket in with your registration packet to pick it up Saturday .

Last year at "The Florida Project", all the gift pins were in your Registration Packet.

Actually at the Florida Project (as is usual) many of the gifts were given in the packet at pick up, but there was one final pin that was given out on Saturday, a ticket was included in the packet we picked up on Thursday. I don't recall though how closely they check ID against ticket, so I guess it is possible that you could allow someone else to pick up your Saturday goodbye gifts.

The last two events (Trade City and Florida Project) since they included t-shirts, our "goodbye" gift was so small, it was hardly noticeable when we got it late (it was a single pin each time, instead of the jumbo/boxed set we have gotten in the past) - but it looks like this year they are eliminating the t-shirts and going back to the Jumbo and boxed set, so I would guess they would give it at the end like they used to...but that's just a guess.
