Sorry it’s been claimed
No one in my family got anything in this MerchPass. Anyone trading or selling the Dumbo MMMA pin set?

Well, this is the first month we got nada. Gonna be looking for the pins for mil (and me, if I can find the luck enough for two sets). I have the Small World set, and will have the Carousel mug/plush for trade. MIL and I both have lots of other traders as well, so .
Still, I’d rather miss out on these than BTMR or Haunted Mansion.

So, I'm thinking, with so many of us excited for and trying for the Haunted Mansion release, maybe the entire forum should sign up for the merchpass for October ... teamwork makes the dream work, and all that.
Lol! I’m literally at a loss at this MerchPass thing. I don’t hate it by any means, but I literally end up with NADA each time. I put in for everything just in case I can help someone out and end up skunked each time.
There has to be a secret method I’m missing here...
I guess I’ll bite, does anyone have a Peter Pan mug for sale?

Well... no pins... this is a first for me also. Ah well....
I will continue to register to help other people here.
We also got nothing. And of course it was the month that actually matched my collection. So I am looking for the pins.
I mentioned before about being worried my email was blocked or something, since I have Gmail, my DH told me a trick to change my address without having to change my address. You can add +anything at the end of your username, and before the @ sign and it will still come to your normal gmail address. So I changed mine for ShopDisney to add a email@example.com and we'll see if that changes anything next month. I am concerned with my email because somehow it's on a list of spam emails or something. It doesn't normally affect anything, but occasionally a small business site will reject my order. Since DH has been in the payment processing business he said that there is a setting that does some email verification, and most places know to uncheck it because it catches too many "real" emails that have been used inappropriately somewhere (and based on the number of registrations I get for things that aren't mine, it's on someone's list). And it would be just like Disney to mess up things
Small bit of hope, that since so many people have gotten nothing, that Disney messed something up and not all of the merchandise has been assigned yet.
In stock if needed (FYI - free shipping to Canada offer)
Minnie Mouse: The Main Attraction Mug – King Arthur Carrousel – Limited Release
Well no email for me...3 for 3. I guess since I got the Arendelle Castle they figure I'm done LOL. It's ok, I'm not after anything for myself, I was just trying to help others.
Sis signed up for the MMA Carousel MerchPass and got one set of pins. Mom, Sis, and I signed up for everything on this MMA Dumbo and not one thing! I really, really am hoping we get Thunder Mountain! If we don't, we will have a set of MMA Tiki and Carousel pins for trade!
We are all going to sign up for October . . . although we want none of the items from that release. However, if we get anything, it will be to pass on to members here, as I know it is really a wanted month! So, hopefully we'll get stuff that month!
No luck here either, also for the third time.
Ride the Rails
Inspired by the beloved Big Thunder Mountain Railroad attraction at Disney Parks, series 9 of 12 will be available online soon through MerchPass.
Early access drawings that can reserve your opportunity to buy some of our high-demand items.
MerchPass entries for Minnie Mouse: The Main Attraction Big Thunder Mountain Railroad will be open Tuesday 9/15 starting at 7AM PT
Oh, boy . . . I'm nervous at having not been chosen for the Dumbo that we tried. We really need a pin set from Thunder Mountain!
From catching up on this thread, it seems you are entering once by yourself? I have come to conclude there are three types of Merchpass entrants:
1) Those who submit an entry (or think they did but you have to be careful since there's no confirmation email that you submitted)
2) Those who submit an entry and ask their family/friends/etc. to submit too (though I'm not sure if orders can be cancelled coming from same shipping/billing address; reading this thread makes it seem this is applicable for the same item only)
3) Those who game the system and create 100/1000s? of junk emails with intention of reselling not collecting (there is no address requirement for creating an account)Since this is a lottery system, your probability increases with more entries. I along with others here are trying with #2.
I do think the number of entries will increase with each release (as this collection catches on, esp. with the next popular themes) and more accounts are created (as people who once submitted 1 entry will gravitate toward #2) and thus less probability of winning...I can only hope the site has some way to combat #3 though I have not heard of a solution.
You're thinking big...exactly what we need to remedy #3 above !
#3 has crossed my mind also. We who (at best) do #2 on your list are actually less able to gain the items, if those who do #3 create more and more accounts (our odds go down with each release, since #3 has more time to organize more acounts.) Which makes me wonder if my inability to gain the pins with the series 8 release was due to bad luck, legit higher demand, or more people creating accounts under #3.
So is it worth it to create a few extra accounts to help people out? I only have one.
I have added accounts for all our household emails... I kinda draw the line at creating email just to have one more merch pass entry... But also frustrating to be shut out.
I have done the same thing. These were also email addresses I actively utilize. To this day, I have (at most) only received items from one of the accounts.
I truly miss the in store releases...
I'm a two - I only use one account myself, but my work friend and I have teamed up and enter for whatever the other one wants since our collections have zero overlap. (And she has a few friends and family that enter for us as well, so I'm an extended 2, I guess?)
I echo what @TheMickeyMouseRules and @DisneyJ and @timeerkat said. I haven't created an email account just for this, only asked others to join.
Just curious how many of you are also collecting the album and/or starter pin seen here?
While we didn't create accounts just for these releases, all of us had our own accounts before and are sure going to be signing up for Thunder Mountain! Disney doesn't care about the individual, and that means (I know this will sound hard to all of those who think of Disney from the golden days, but this is the modern business world) that means it is like any other sale. No one hesitates to try their all for Walmart and other store sales and releases! Disney is no different. Sign up wherever you can. The nice thing about DPF is that you can share the chances for items that you may get that you don't want yourself in the end. But Disney doesn't care who buys there items. So, use any accounts you have! And certainly don't feel bad signing up each family member for an account! Better to try than have to go buy on eBay! Hey . . . a raffle is for whoever gets a ticket!
Are you going to be trying for Minnie stuff? Or something else? I'm really hoping for the Thunder Mountain Minnie! Have hopes for the designs of November and December, too. Can't wait to see the photos when they release them. The n I'll know if I need to start worrying about those, too! -grin-
I got my first ever plush. I’m really impressed now that I’ve seen it in person. A lot bigger than I thought and the details add a nice touch. Size comparison with the Minnie Mouse plush that came out for Mickey’s 90th celebration from the D23 event in Orlando. I have the mad tea party plush on the way to me. I’m excited for that one!
