Missing Pins! What Should We Do?

Hey everyone, my girlfriend(username "evaaa") and I are still new to the Pin Trading Community and we need some advice.


SHORT VERSION: She bought pins and the confirmation says they were delivered but they never showed up as far as we know, what are our options to resolve this? (We do not believe this was the fault of the seller at all! He's awesome!)

LONG VERSION: Since we started pin trading at the end of September, we have spent far too much money on pins (trading/purchasing on here and on ebay) but it's ok because we are having fun and we are investing in what will hopefully be a lifetime of Disney Fun. Anyways, My girlfriend's last big purchase was for Goofy_Moe's Marble game and she purchased 4 marbles, one of which was a winner! We were very anxious and excited, and he shipped her pins out, but they never showed up. The online tracking shows they arrived, and we received another pin delivery, but the one we were most excited for is nowhere to be found. What should we do?

Any advice is appreciated and so far all of our experiences have been pretty good and you all have been wonderful. In the long run this won't really matter but it's a shame if the pins are just another casualty to the US Postal Service. Thanks for reading!

Sorry to hear this. I'm gathering that you checked if a neighbor might have received it by mistake or if it's still at your local post office somehow?

First, ask Goofy_Moe to confirm the address he sent to just to make sure it is the right one.

Second, was it supposedly delivered today? If it was scanned in as delivered today, it may quite possibly arrive tomorrow. It is not uncommon for the post office to scan a package as delivered at the post office itself and not when they leave it in your mailbox/door. Its not supposed to happen this way but sometimes it does. As an internet retailer who ships MANY packages every day, we do run into this on occasion.

Third, question your mailman.

Fourth, take the DC number to the post office and see if they can be of any help. We've had cases where the package was sitting there at the post office for no apparent reason.

Fifth, ask your neighbors to see if they got it by mistake.

These are all great suggestions.... But if those do not work, give Moe really bad feedback... It has to be his fault I am sure of it!!! LOL...

Well before you do that, I checked people trading the pin you won... I know several of them and I am sure one or more of them would trade me for it and I will send you another winning package, marbles and all...

I will wait a few days before doing that, in case they show up somewhere...
