Most of my pins are going up for sale

My traders and and some of my keeps are going to be going up for sale within the next week.

I have decided to scale down on pin trading. I have a trip planned to D-World with my family, and will save a few pins to take there, but it is getting harder and harder for me to trade and buy.

People are too busy, so they do not return pm's, or they mail the wrong pins and will not get back to you about somehow getting the correct pin you wanted, and then others mail things out, yet they do not appear in the mail.

Somehow things fall on me and I am expected to take the loss of money or pins. I can't afford that and I guarantee that anyone who has ever dealt with me, would say they ALWAYS received the pin in question or they were more than compensated for it.

Just kind of fed up and need a break.

I love pins and I love Disney, but just can't afford to be at a loss.

So get ready people for the pins I am going to be placing for sale. There should be a lot of them.

As for Nor Cal Pin Trading Events, I will still set this up and be a part of it, as I have found that in person trading is the best!

oh man your kidding...but i get what you are talking about,,,as of today i have 4 count em 4 trades in progress, agreed on --i packed the pins and pulled them from my traders list and now all 4 have to do final confirmation with their address----bummer.

OH and i hope that your leaving negative feedback for these folks, because before i agree to a trade i always check feedback or before i buy on ebay i look at seller---doesnt always help but it can.

Hey Vicki, I'm sad to hear you guys are scaling back a bit, but definitely understand. I've noticed that pin trading seems to come in swings, and it seems to depend on the people you have worked with most recently. Heather and I both adore you guys, try not to let a few buttheads ruin something you seem to enjoy so much.

I feel ya Vicki . Not many want to trade any longer and if they do, they want a 350 LE for a 1000 LE . If you say you are waiting to get something on your wants for a desirable pin, you are criticized for it . Like you only paid $12.95 for it so you should except a pin of equal value, not what it is going worth in terms of trades . But no one else (except Selen) will sell at cost .
I've been made to feel like the big bad wolf of the boards . I buried my dear father in law today, I was told I don't want to hear your sob story . Talk about disrespectful !
I will be more than happy to purchase pins for you if you have any of my wants . You have been very kind to me in the past and sorry that you have found yourself at a loss in trades & value .
For me, I've been buying my wants . I am buying a few pins that I think will make good traders , but like you will trade in person in may at WDW/Epcot in May .

Hello Vicki, I am so saddened to hear this. I have had the pleasure of meeting you at a pin trading event in norcal and I must say you and your hubby are the sweetest people I have met. It's very unfortunate to hear such news . Like others have said I hope you will stay on DPF. You are such an uplifting spirit who brings joy to the boards.
