Mulan 2014 Magic Measures pin

Does anyone know if this was legitimately given out to Disney Travel agents with the others from the series? I see the Mulan one pop up so rarely, always from overseas sellers, and it makes me doubt its authenticity.

I the first one I saw was only about two months ago in a collection on a Facebook site. The other Magic Measures pins are all on PinPics, and this for some reason is not. I thought it was a fantasy pin at first. There was one on eBay recently from Hong Kong and was the first I had seen there. When it sold, another went up right away by the same seller. Not a good sign.

As I seem to recall, many of the last year (2015) were scrapped. Belle, WIR, etc. Those came out long before they were distributed to official people.

So maybe a scrapper and the real one was never issued officially for some reason?

It's tempting, but I think I'll hold off. I have not exactly been what you would call responsible with my pin budget lately.
