Are you being serious? I couldn't use the code on my last order so missed out again on the 3rd LE item I ordered from you!

And now you're just giving me another code? what's the point. Whatever I order from you either gets damaged in transit, lost or just disappears from my basket before I checkout even seconds after the item being available.*

I've had to order from America before and pay extra for customs chargers and people to help me get stuff if they can. The UK / European Disney Store online and stock allocation to stores is beyond acceptable to people wanting what they wait months to get. It seems people end up with multiple items to sell on at a higher price through knowing staff, inside information, automatic ordering software or some other techniques putting the regular shoppers at a loss.*

All you ever seem to reply is for us to 'sorry have a magical day and have a discount code for your trouble' not the actual acceptance of errors on your behalf or any assistance, care of customers or backup stock for eventualities which may lead to items such as the limited edition ones being unavailable and irreplaceable even if it's YOUR fault.*

But you're happy to see them sell on other sites at hugely inflated prices out of the original buyers reach. I'm amazed such poor lack of interest and complete unacknowledgement of needing to help out loyal Disney fans has lead to disgraceful replies and seemingly flippant responses to my questions.*

I'm not interested in anther reply from anyone unless they have some authority within the company and don't just rely on copy/paste messages to fix what's wrong.

Interesting letter.
I agree with you the Disney store needs to get its act together if you just read their Facebook you can see compliant after compliant. And the fact they never acknowledge that they are wrong but just reply "have a magical day" is extremely annoying.
I am still having problems with them too after my LE Maleficent turned up damaged they still haven't sorted it.

I actually received an emailed survey from the online store asking for feedback (I assume because I ordered a maleficent doll and the box came crushed.) Needless to say I lit them up about their poor shipping, but also about how they handel the stock of their limited edition merchandise. It will fall on deaf ears, but I feel I had to do something.

That is interesting as I rarely get feedback requests from DSUS but DSUK I get a feedback request with almost every order I make.

This is the first time I have ever reveived one and I thought it was a scam. But, it said "Disney Store - Thoughts on how to make things better? Let us know!" The survey was powered by surveymonkey.

Here is the link although I don't know if it will work without the email: http://s.zoomerang.com/Survey/WEB22...Satisfaction Survey&RRID=16853608&CMP=EMC-eml

By the way: if I'm not supposed to put a link on here let me know and I will delete it. To my knowledge it's not a scam, but don't click it is you are wary.
