Ok, we are close to getting ready to be able to accept pictures, but we need to come up with a name for the Website.

many of us liked this name before. Maybe now is the time to use it and keep it around for the long haul.
 
Ohana's pin Album (though I know your feelings on Stitch) Home is where our pins are. Pinacalafragilistictradersandtheirphotos. Ok that's just silly.
 
This is the first I have heard of a new pin database. I wholly support that as long as it is free for the pin community. Is there another post that gives us a description of what will be on this website, to give it the best possible name? I like to start with a great acronym then work backwards to come up with what that stands for.

Pinapalooza, pinacopia, pinfest, pinintergalactic, pindependent, pinundated, pinterface, pincoming, pincureable, pindulgant, pinfluence, pingenious, pinnkeeper, pinquiry, pinspector, pinstruct, pinstitute, pintellect, pintegrate, and my favorite pinventory

Pin Traders Inc. sounds pretty cool but I think I like Pin Traders Central a little better.
 
Lots of great suggestions here, you creative people! I would suggest not using "Disney" to avoid any issues, especially if you're going to allow non-Disney pins such as:
Knott's/Peanuts/Warner Bros./DC Comics/Universal/HardRock/Olympic/Simpsons/Betty Boop/Sports/ ...etc.
It would be awesome to have an all encompassing database. I'd be happy to help in setting up categories if you need that. Of course, if it's just going to be Disney pins, that's ok too!
 
The problem with Pin Traders Inc. or Pin Trading Post is that not all of us are pin traders. Some are pin collectors (or buyers). Pin Traders Post also sounds like it's going to be a place to trade pins, when the major goal is to inventory pins for collectors.

Disney Pin Inventory, maybe? Or the "pinventory" or "pincyclopedia" names? Do we want to go "cutesy"? Disney Pin Database?

I've made some suggestions, but ultimately I'm not going to be too worried about the name. Just looking forward to its existence!!
 

You are so right. A good name is nice though, but the existence is so much more important. I can't wait for it to launch
