Sorry the picture is so small. I've looked on Pinpics and can't find these older pins, and my eyes started rolling around in my head after a while, since they are both of Donald and there are a LOT of Donald pins! LOL!

The pin on the left is him in an (American) Indian headdress. The bottom square green part makes me think that it was a pin that could be personalized. It's that smooth surface, and the back is the older, gold, "waffle" pattern, with a brooch/straight back, and says Disney and Taiwan on the back. I'm thinking maybe an old USA Disney pin? Or an old Disneyland pin?

The other pin is also of Donald, clearly from Japan, he's on a boat with flowers on it, is wearing a robe, holding a staff with what might be a blue scroll attached to it, and he has a white beard (!). There is a red and white sail behind him, and you can see some gold Japanese characters on the sail. Behind him is a blue mountain with a white top (snow?). The surface of this pin is also smooth. The back says Disney Store, Disney, China and has the plain white background. I'm wondering if this is a pin commemorating a holiday?

Anyone? Anyone?

Thanks!

I tried too, couldn't find them.
Maybe they're just not on there?

I thought that the first one might have had something to do with thanksgiving because I know i've seen afew with Donald in hats like that. But alas, didn't find.

Goodluck!

Thanks for trying to find them. I think maybe they're just so old that they are scarce and never made it to Pinpics. I have a couple of friends who live in Japan, and I'm going to ask them if they have an idea of what the Donald in the boat pin represents.
