Need help with nephew pin

Recently I got a pin,but I have never seen it before. It came with 3 other pins,
82116, 82650, 82651, so i think this is a legit promotional pin, but what is it? I could not find it on pinpics with my searches. Does anybody know? It comes on a larger card with lotsa text.

this looks like a disney grad night pin.thats just my guess,but the ones we got at ours in hs were similar to this one.
