Hello everyone. We need a little help here...my dad, who recently passed away, was an avid pin collector since they started....literally has thousands of them....and we don't know what to do with them....any ideas on how to obtain value? I could go through and list the #'s (may take me a week or two) if that would help.... Help?

Maybe post pictures and try to sell them here? That seems like the best way to obtain a fair value.

My condolences for your father.

So very sorry to hear about your dad's passing

I buy whole collections depending on what they are. If you post pictures i am sure you could get some help.

I'm sorry for your loss. Best of luck in getting through a large collection. The easiest way is to find someone who will take the collection in its entirety, but in that way you probably won't get the most monetary value for each pin. (But it will save a lot of time, and time is also precious.)

If you post pictures here on the forum we might be able to help to identify more of the sought-after or rare pins that you might want to sell individually.
