I made a trade with a member of this board for a nice group of pins. I mailed my LE100 set to them and they received them. I still do not have my pins and the DC# I have is not in the post office system. They do not respond to my emails or to my requests. It's been almost two months and I'm getting very frustrated. They post on here and appear in the chat room, but all I get are vague promises. If I made the trade on this board, can I file a complaint with Pinpics? I'd be happy with a phone number so I could just talk to them. Thanks.:(
 
No, Pinpics can't do anything because the trade wasn't arranged there. I'd contact the mods here. I see that they have been working on a dispute resolution section.
 
I would say you could be able to file a complaint through pinpics since that is the system everyone uses to make trades even if it is not made through the trade request pinpics is still used in the process of the trade.

I hope you get your pins Margaret. and are you saying the person you made the trade with is actively posting and in the chatroom alot of the time but you dont hear from them?? as thats unfair if they have the pins you promised to send but they can not post out yours :/ who is this person as Id not like to deal with them if they act like this.

First of all, I am so very sorry that this is happening to you. You are a very kind and sweet member of this community, I am sorry that this person did not repect you enough.

I am not sure if pinpics can do anything, but you should definitely contact the mods here. I would say try pinpics as well, in the worst case you will get a "no".

There is also a new "dispute resolution" thread that is private only for the eyes of parties involved. However, if this person did not keep their promise for 2 months, I would not hope much out of dispute resolution discussion either.

If all else fails, I hope that you will leave negative fb (gasp!) so the rest of us can be protected.

I am so sorry once again Margaret. I certainly hope you will have much better luck trading during Florida Project.

PS: I wanted to surprise you and sent few requests for your new grail, but did not have any luck :(
 
I just would either like my LE100 set back or the pins I was promised. I'm not trying to be difficult, I just want them to talk to me and get me the pins. I made the trade in good faith and now I'm not so sure anymore. Just frustrated.
 
You waited 2 months, I think you can contact the mods or go to dispute resolution here. I do not think waiting more will help here.

I feel for you, I've been waiting for 2 POH pins for a month now from within my own state, they can't find the DC or so they say, I hope you get this resolved =)
