Hello! I'm new to the DPF and new-ish to pin collecting. My friend and Disney travel buddy has started getting more into the whole pin thing. Mainly interested in researching cast member lanyard pins I've traded to see how many scrappers I've wound up with! LOL

Welcome and good luck determining what pins you have. I'm afraid I may have picked up a bunch of scrappers myself, as I didn't know that there were such things when I took my daughter on her first trip.
 
Thanks everyone! It's been over a month and I've learned so much. And about all the cool stuff I've been missing. I've bought my first sets of pins. I've had fun learning who most of the major pin players on the DPF are. I've learned all about PTDs and the Disney Soda Fountain Store... I'm even making my first trip there this summer. I've been anxiously entering all of Tessa's fun drawings... crossing fingers for her upcoming ones. I started my first pin board today and I might even sign up for my first trading event!

welcome! definitely check out the epcot pin trading spot when you come. theres always a crowd of people there trading. i dont always remember to bring my pins with me, but it's super fun and cool to see other people's collections
