Hey everyone I'm pretty new to this forum, so I just wanted to introduce myself and try to acclimate to the community because I am on the hunt for a specific Disney fantasy pin so hopefully I can begin paving my way to finally attaining that pin. I personally collect both Ursula fantasy as well as legitimate (or at least I think they’re legitimate) Disney pins, and while they don't pertain to this forum in the fact that they are not Disney, they are still pins nonetheless, and I cherish them all the same.

I really like Ninja Turtle pins from newer recently released, vintage, to more niche and artistic in their own style! Frankly I found this forum a long time ago and I signed up and then kind of forgot about it, but I just wanted to come back and hopefully try my luck at finding this independent pin creator that made a Disney Fantasy pin that I'm really after.

The independent shop's name/creator is Fairy Of Pins, and the pin that I am after I believe is simply called "Ursula" and it was from their Once Upon a Time series of pins. The pin itself depicts Ursula holding in her left hand (for us as the viewer, it's her right hand, but for "her perspective, facing us" it's her left) her tentacle with her face turned towards the right (our left) with her lips puckered and in her right hand (our left), she is holding her lipstick and it just looks very beautiful and well drawn.

I've been after it for about 2ish years now with no luck. If you or anyone you know happens to own it, please shoot me their contact info or come say if you're the owner as I'm really eager and motivated to make the purchase! Let's have a virtual sit down, talk some numbers, and come to an agreement we're both satisfied with! Thanks everyone!

Welcome and good luck on finding that pin! I haven't been doing this long enough to have been on the hunt for a specific pin for any considerable amount of time. However, this pin was released this year and it instantly became my greatest grail of my short pin adventure. LATT is my main collection, and this pin is just pure happiness to me. As an LE 300, I had very little hope of getting it anytime soon.

I was over the moon to have my trade offer accepted for it during the Happy Haunts trade arcade. I'm currently checking the status of the trade multiple times a day. I have approved their pin, and my pin has confirmed. I know it will be verified because it is still in the box and has never been opened. Fingers crossed they don't cancel the trade.

I can't wait to see the real pin!

Hi. Welcome. I only have one fantasy pin, but I really like it. I'm probably more of a purist because I tend to stick
to Disney pins exclusively. Occasionally I will add a loungefly or Palm but most of the times I don't. I wish you
luck trying to attain your Ursula pin. Maybe someone here will see it.

I'm getting "Rosemary's Baby" vibes from this...

Hi and Welcome!

I wish you the best of luck on your quest to find Ursula. In my many years of pinning, I have found that patience is more than essential when it comes to searching for and acquiring these shiny pieces of metal with pointy backs attached. I know this probably isn't what you want to hear, but in terms of pin trading, 2 years isn't that long to be searching for a pin. I've had to search for anywhere from 4-8+ years for some pins before finally getting them. For other pins, I've probably been searching for easily 15+ years and I still don't have them yet. Again, I repeat that patience. is. key. and I believe that if you're meant to own a pin, it'll find its way to you eventually, whether through a trade, purchase, or zap.

I agree with dancecats. I have collected pins for over two decades (President’s Day Weekend 2004 does not seem that long ago). I been on the lookout for several pins, especially since 2007, when I received part of my first limited edition mystery set (Shopdisney.com had mystery boxes that had four random pins from le 50- 1000, well the le 1000 wasn’t random). I tried to complete the Nightmare Before Christmas set for close to 15 years (give or take a year or two). I finally was able to complete it. I started to collect a few series during lockdown (five years ago) one has 102 pins in the set, the other 67. I have technically finished the larger series. The smaller one, I believe I am missing 31 pins. Five years and I am averaging a pin every other month. For me Pin collecting is a marathon not a sprint. I don’t want to all of a sudden have every pin I want. I want to trade, send zaps, go to events, play games, and make friends. If I complete my random niche collection that is a bonus.
