New trades scrappers or not?

Out of around thirty trades in the park last week , I am not sure if these are scrappers/counterfeit

Any input??? I really like my new jessica one so I d still keep if she is counterfeit etc

not sure but maybe the Jessica is a different maker...Bertoni (?) - I remember has pins like those - older ones though

It looks quite good and the back seems nice its shiny and not rough it seems to have everything on the back pin pics has up
If no scrapper alert is on pinpics does it mean it should be ok???

I've seen that black cauldron one as a scrapper before, so there's a high chance it could be. :/
