Does anyone know where I find out WHERE I will be able to get the Nov 22 release at WDW? I'm not blocked out (we have Premium Annual) so I'll go wherever, I'm just not sure WHERE to get them, is there another place (in a park maybe) that they'll be available, to avoid the scramble at DtD with all the folks who ARE unfortunately blacked out at this time?

The seasonal pass holders are blocked out I believe at that point....oh wait nevermind. I apparently should NOT try to read calendars early in the morning! It's the last 2 weeks of DECEMBER that they're blocked out. Still....this is a DTD release? On the website it still says the bit about the wristbands, but it's crossed out. I don't know the "procedure" for securing this pin....I haven't collected the series, but the upcoming ones are my favorites ever (Beauty and the Beast, Little Mermaid, Lady and the Tramp). I do wish I could have gotten a Lion King one We're new and I didn't know about them. My husband, thankfully, has Thursdays off, so I send him over in the a.m for pins I want lol. He just snagged me 2 of the 13/Reflections pins this past week.

My son has a seasonal pass since he spends summers with his dad in Maryland...you had me in a PANIC just now!

this will be my first release as well....I went to the lonesome ghosts the day after since there were some left, but I know that will not be the case with the BATB pins.

As far as I know they will be at all 4 parks and DtD. A guy I spoke to who does this often told me that disney likes to throw tricks in it though...like, they are supposed to be somewhere, but they won't be...you have to track them down somewhere else. He said for the Nemo release he went to animal kingdom because it was supposed to be at the merchantile, well...they weren't there. They set up a stand at the entrance to the finding Nemo musical building. And not every cast member is privileged to the info.

it sounds like its going to be CRAZY. I'm excited and nervous about it!

Well that makes two of us! I'm nervous too lol. I almost always work on Thursday mornings, so I can never go! Not sure about Disney crowds on thanksgiving day though....

I'm not doing any Black Friday shopping at all this year (not in stores, I might do some online). So I was debating whether Black Friday might be a nice day there, since my mom is taking the kiddo for a weekend, they will go off and do whatever it is they do (LOL my mom is wonderful), and my hubby and I have a rare weekday off together.

well i spoke to the manager of the DTD store and she said that based on the previous PODM release, that people may start lining up at midnight the night before. She does not know who will carry the pins, but definitely DTD. That will be hard to pull an allnighter thanksgiving eve. If I do this, I will probably end up sleeping the day away on thanksgiving day. Anyone else lining up this early?

I planned on leaving my home at 2-3am...and I have a 3 hour drive one way, but I am wondering since I am leaving that early I might make it in 2.5 hours. I am also treking with my 2 children (9 and 16months) my poor kids. Hoping my husband doesn't call DCF on me for doing this with his kids! My 9 year old is STOKED about it, that's one reason why I am doing it.

We're only about 45 minutes away or so. I don't have a problem going over at say, 6am or so.....but I won't be lining up at midnight the night before! THAT my son would NOT tolerate.
