Firstly, this has nothing to do with that other PinPics topic. I am not going to touch that with a ten foot pole.

I had agreed on a trade with a pinpics member and mailed my pin almost two weeks ago. I have received nothing from this person. I have emailed them twice, no response. So I looked on Pinpics and there really is no way to open a dispute, at least that I could see. This was a 250 LE and I think I might have been taken. Is there any way I can report this person?

I hope you kept the e-mails with this other trader.

If so, you can forward your concern to info@pinpics.com along with those e-mails. You might have to prove that the trade was indeed arranged via pinpics.

Best of luck :)

Thanks guys. I actually got a response from her today, so hopefully my post was premature. She said she mailed it "late" and I should get the pin any day. We shall see.

The pinpics link above has a disclaimer that no one actually moderates the disputes. I'm curious where they go. :p

I hope you get your pin soon and I am glad it worked out for you.

The disclaimer is there and I sent a message to Beverly a while back, but she forgot to remove it. As far as I know their mod Beverly she moderates the disputes. She is the only person who updates scrapper alerts and fields trade disputes so she is fairly short on time.

Good news! I got my pin in today! She mailed it next day air the day after I sent her a very polite but concerned letter. All worked out for the best. I think I prefer trading on here rather than to pin pics. Thanks for the tips! It's good to know someone does moderate the pinpics disputes.
