just to let everyone know i no longer be pre-selling pins from DSF, parks, d23 or WDI, i have been thinking about it for a while now and now i am 100% sure that i will no dp longer do pre-sales. i am sorry but all my lists and requests are no longer valid. if you really need a pin for your collection pm me and we can work out a trade but for now i only want to trade pins once i have it on hand not beforehand. thank you everyone and i am sorry for the disappointments
 
I understand why you wouldnt' want to do it Ozzie. I am disappointed only because I thought it was a great service you were doing and you were truly helping people out. There are only a few left like you. I also see the flip where this would not be easy, people pressuing you, feelings hurt ect.. Good luck to you in your trading/collecting.
 

I agree. I don't blame you at all! It has just gotten too crazy over there at DSF and you never know what you're gonna get (1 pin per person, 2 pins per person) IF you get them. Then to have to worry about disappointments, hurt feelings, nasty comments, refunds, etc. Too stressful!

yes, I think it is a lot less stressful on the seller/trader to wait until pin is in hand to sell/trade. I totally understand your feelings, Ozzie1988
 

Hi Ozzie,

I hate to say this :facepalm: but there is more to life then pins. I can't imagine the extra stress trying to get pins for other people. I do it if and when I can, but never promise anything to anybody at any time unless I have it in hand.

LOL thats the point i might getting a new job and i don't know if i will have the open time to do it.
 
This was the right thing to do in either case. It's too stressful for both the buyer AND seller to have to worry about "if" you will be successful in getting your pins, and it goes against everything Disney intended by selling pins in the first place. You'll be happier for it.
 
Good move Ozzie! the DSF releases are getting to crazy!!! I won't offer DSF on my presale pin shoppe. And the only reason I am willing/able to do the DLR stuff is because i take my girls weekly anyway. Good luck with the new job!!!!
