On my last trip to Disneyland back in middle of April 2024 I noticed several pin traders had more then a single bag to display and at no time did any candy members enforce this rule.

So I am going with my 2 bags and 1 mini case this coming middle of December to display and trade with.

I was not aware of the rule, but wish you the best of luck. 😀
From the official Disneyland website…

  • Limit the Items You Bring
Only one trading bag, 14"L x 12"W x 6"H (36cm x 31cm x 16cm) or smaller, is permitted. Guests should only utilize a single trading bag for pin trading activities. No additional decorations or collateral (e.g., lights, signage, displays, etc.) will be permitted.

What many people do is have one bag out and another in their personal bags/backpacks, etc. Then they swap them if people want to look at other stuff they have. Or they pile one book on top of another to not be taking up space of more than "one". Or, if they are with another person at the table like a spouse or child, they have two bags out. CM's are inconsistent about enforcing the rules but some are definitely sticklers. Someone was sitting down or leaning against a post by a table yesterday and a CM came over to tell them they had to stand and couldn't lean or sit down. (Don't get me started on how discriminatory that rule is to people with physical issues.)

Easiest thing if you have multiple bags is to just trade at the picnic tables on Sundays. Plenty of room to spread out there plus you're allowed to sit down.
