Well, I'm visiting NYC and just got back from the Disney store. It was awful. They had 7 different pins and one set of pins. They weren't even worth looking at. I'm super sad, as I used to go to the 5th Ave store and they had a great selection of pins. Bleh. Just FYI for anyone visiting NYC its currently not worth going to the store of you only want pins.
 
Keep in mind - the store in Times Square is a Disney Store and the store on 5th Avenue was a World of Disney Store - two totally different places!!! The Times Square Disney Store has everything the tpyical Disney Store carries plus a few New York City specific Disney pins that other Disney Stores do not carry!!
