Official Disney Pin Store Problems

I have been trying to get onto the official pin store for a while now but I can't. Has anyone else had this problem?

I can get on both those sites as well. It is the actual pin store on the ODPT site that I can't seem to get onto

Is it only available to people in the USA?

The button says online pin store.
When I posted the link a message came up saying your message will appear when it has been verified by a moderator. Not sure why it would happen
