Old Pinpics

How many people still use the old pinpics site?? Personally i think its a lot better as i just looked up a pin and i think their old site is just a lot more user friendly even though they clearly put a lot of work into their new site.
But anyway the point of this was just to see who agrees with me? :wavey:

I was starting to like the new site, but it wouldn't let me search for Zero pins today! Neither by text search, or by picking Zero from the character drop down menu.

edited- I CANNOT set up ACTUAL trades w "automated" TA; those links were taken out just before the 2014 Sept Epcot Pin Event:-(

Exactly it was much easier to search with all the options to narrow it down

No comparison. They backed the wrong version of the websites. They should have just added feature to the old one.

Team Old Site here too. I haven't been on it in the last few weeks due to the craziness of the new school year, but yesterday and today when I logged on, I didn't even see a link to the old site. Is it gone for good now?

Old Site preferred by me also. New Site is much more (needlessly) complicated I'm glad PP has left Old Site partially intact so we can add our pin acquisitions there.

They took that option down a week or two ago. It is a shame. Now it is just usable as an inventory for your pins and also the compare feature still works. Helpful if you are bidding on auctions here.

Soooo much easier to search for pins.
Love the "number count" of My Collection so I could make sure my spreadsheet matched. I can't seem to figure out why on the new site my "Collection" is off from the old one and my spreadsheet.
AND love the option to change the view from pictures to just lines with the number and description. Made it soooo easy to transfer new pins to my Collection spreadsheet!!!
Love the SPEED of the old site. New site seems to take FOREVER just to go "back" to main page of listed pins.
I'm assuming the new site is so slow & complicated to accommodate the "Pay" versus "None Pay" options of Membership. Just my opinion, Sue

a person in Europe is STILL sending TA's the "old fashioned" way! I can't figure out how this is done. I thought someone had to "manually" throw a switch to send the emails out.
He hasn't told me how he is able to do this.
