QUESTION PALM shipping for preorders

I'm so curious to understand how shipping works when you order pins from Pink A La Mode. I ordered the Frozen and Aristocrats Once Upon a Storybook pins as a preorder. It has been some time so I emailed them and they advised they will ship out end of February.
I was looking on eBay for a couple of the other ones and saw that folks have already begun selling the Aristocrats one on there. How the heck did they get them so early??

Hard to say. Perhaps a presale of a presale? They may not have them in hand.

perhaps those pins came in the recent mystery Storybook pin bags? I know one or two of the mystery bags advertised specifically an unreleased storybook pin.. could be from that?

If you submit one order with pre-orders and in-stock orders, then you won't get any pins until all the pre-orders are available to be shipped

Took a look at my order and I got the combo Frozen and Aristocrats, and I'm not seeing the Frozen one on eBay, so maybe that's the hold up.
