Hey everyone, This post to those who ordered the villain designer pins. Has anybody already received a shipment email, or have the pins being charged yet to your card? I still have not seen the money or seen a transaction from the Disney store pending. I ordered my through paypal because the website was giving me trouble. I decided to do it through paypal, I honesty never done it through there. Im just wondering if anybody has yet received confirmations emails. anything? I already called the disney store customer service and they said my order was completed but it takes up to 48 hours., but I was wondering about any updates with any other orders. please help. :) thanks.
 
I can't say for sure, but Disney customer service is incredibly unreliable and will straight up lie to you, just so though don't have to deal with you. I've had them tell me NUMEROUS times back when they still had big pin releases that my order was confirmed only to get a rejection email or even once or twice a letter 2-6 weeks later. I know this doesn't help, but with Disney it's all about patience.
 
It almost always takes a week to go between ordering and shipping - as long as the order status in your account area on disneystore.com still shows 'active', you're still OK...there were a few times I didn't even get the order confirmation you normally get when you complete the checkout process.
 
No ship confirmation on mine either although it still shows active! But I placed another order on Sunday for some vinylmation & that one is still not confirmed either - so I'm not worrying yet!
 
Interesting. Typically - at least for the ones that I've purchased - it goes from active to shipped (or completed) and only once it's packaged and ready to go is the form of payment charged.

If it goes from active to closed, that's usually when the trouble begins....

BTW, I didn't get a set :(
 
I had it showing as shipped and then 2 weeks later I got a letter in my mailbox apologizing for the error. It was the 110 Legacy Rapunzel. Luckily, I had bought 2 the week before, so at least I got those 2. I got a refund on my credit card too.

I'd have a bit more peace of mind if they had taken my money, haha. I am even more nervous because I don't have a charge.
 
Hey everyone I did not get an email but I went on ds.com and went to look at my order status and it shows there that my pins are on their way there's even a tracking number! :D
So if you have not received your email or anything thing yet check on ds.com I finally got some piece of mind no thanks to ds.com LOL
