Update: We added the option of just buying a pin rather than just lots of 4 or 8.
Hey guys, we know this is kind of early, but we were wondering if there was any interest. We are planning on going to the DSF pin releases (Peter Pan and the Pin Event).
Feedback is welcomed; this would be our first time posting a sale!
We were only planning on getting the marquees (collection/trades for our collection, so those are taken), but we figured we would pick up all the other pins at cost (+ fee, including shipping and handling). We aren’t interested* in these pins so we will pick them up for anyone whether they’re for your collection, traders or for your own profit.
We would like to have them for non-California people but there is no preference – first come get them.
The fee is made up of several things: our gas (we live closer to Disneyland), our time, our effort, possible expenses and shipping costs. Since we’re going regardless of this sale, the last four make the most of the charge since DSF pins are almost always a double trip and a cold night stay in the alley.
We’ve only picked up pins once for an acquaintance at the park once. He gave us $40 ‘for our trouble’ and the cost of the four pins. Though we feel he was being nice, the fee is based off our experience.
We have updated the fee AND picture/price to reflect that.
Half of the payment is due anytime between now to Monday January 07 2013. This is only to ensure that we pick up pins that are wanted and avoid a third trip just to return some pins. Think of it as a deposit of sorts. Full payment must be done two days prior to the release. This should give us enough time to transfer it to our bank account. Full payment may be done anytime before any of the dates mentioned. Payment must be maid to ship the pins.
This makes the cost of pins plus a fee + $3 dollars shipping.
(This means that the final price IN RED is what you'll end up paying for the pins, including the fee and shipping).
UPDATE: An individual pin would be a total of $25 dollars (including shipping, fee)
*The reason we are not interested in these pins is because we agreed since the first time we went to DSF that we would only buy pins that will go into our collection or were pre-traded to fit into our collection. This was only to save us money and allow us to go out /do other stuff / not overspent on pins.
If this goes well, we might do a similar thing for the Pin Event.
Please PM us if you have any questions/concerns/comments. :] Thank you!
